Great service! Prompt and friendly!
My appointment was on time in and out with an oil change and tire rotation on our Jeep Gladiator. I also had a question as to the headlights which I was advised no adjustments available.
They got me right in, let me drop my vehicle off early due to having plans and then let me pick it up after hours and did exactly what I asked of them with no hesitation or problem. They also text me with a quote about some extra service I inquired about. They have great customer service and serviced my car with no hassle what -so- ever! What a delight to have A1 excellent service!
We were looking around casually at the newer Jeeps and happened on South Strand Chrysler Jeep and Frank Neigel.
He was very welcoming and knowable. We went and talked to him and were impressed with the dealership, inventory, and Frank's accommodating manor.
